These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the q589 platform ("q589", "Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://q589.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

q589 is an English-language online gambling information and entertainment platform targeting Pakistani users. The Platform provides access to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports markets and related gambling content. q589 does not hold a Pakistan gambling license and does not claim endorsement by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution. Participation is subject to applicable local laws.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by an eligible person on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback offer or similar incentive made available by the Operator subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by the Operator, including submission of government-issued identification such as a Pakistani CNIC.

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4.1 Account Information. You must provide a valid email address, a unique username, and such other personal details as required by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with any third party.

4.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

4.3 KYC Requirements. The Operator reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address and payment verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4.4 Age Verification. Age verification may be conducted at any point. If a player is found to be below the minimum required age, the Account will be closed, all transactions will be reversed where possible, and any winnings will be forfeited.

All deposits must be made using payment methods supported by the Operator at the time of the transaction. Available payment methods are shown on the Operator's cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Payment Method Verification. The Operator may require verification that the payment method belongs to the registered Account holder before processing a deposit or withdrawal. You must not use a payment method belonging to a third party.

5.3 Payment Context References. References on this Platform to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are for Pakistani user familiarity only. None of these providers endorse, support or affiliate with q589. Their availability as deposit or withdrawal channels is determined solely by the Operator and is not guaranteed.

5.4 Currency. The Platform uses PKR as a primary reference currency for illustrative figures. Actual transactional currency is confirmed on the Operator's cashier interface. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the User.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is approved.
• All active Bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before funds generated from those Bonuses may be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used in the corresponding transaction, unless otherwise approved by the Operator.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6.2 Withdrawal Refusal. The Operator reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity mismatches, terms violations, or incomplete KYC compliance.

Bonuses and promotional offers are made available at the Operator's sole discretion and are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all Bonuses:

7.1 Wagering Requirements. All Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the Bonus amount — or the Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the offer — must be staked in qualifying bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For illustrative reference: a PKR 5,000 Bonus with a 30× wagering requirement requires PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.

7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. Where a Bonus is active, a maximum per-bet or per-spin limit applies. Placing bets above this limit while a Bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings. 7.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots may contribute 100%, live casino games a lower percentage, and some game categories may contribute 0%. Refer to the game-contribution schedule published with each individual promotion.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been used or rolled over within the expiry period specified in the offer terms will be forfeited. Users will not be compensated for expired Bonuses.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets. The Operator reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to refusing bets where the Platform has experienced a technical error or where odds have been incorrectly displayed.

8.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond an applicable time threshold; the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error; or such other circumstances as defined in the Operator's sport-specific rules.

8.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are subject to live updates and odds fluctuations. Bets placed on markets that have already been settled (past events) due to a technical delay are void. The Operator's decision on settlement of in-play events is final.

8.4 Cricket, PSL & ICC Markets. Betting markets covering Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments and related events are governed by the Operator's cricket-specific betting rules. q589 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any participating team.

8.5 Maximum Winnings. The Operator may impose maximum winnings limits per event, per day or per market. These limits are published on the Operator's site and may be updated from time to time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in account suspension, cancellation of bets, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Using the Platform while under the minimum required age.
• Operating multiple accounts (whether individually or through associates).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or pricing errors knowingly.
• Match-fixing, collusion or any form of fraudulent play.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering through the Platform.
• Abusing Bonus offers through systematic exploitation (Bonus abuse).
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Engaging in any activity that breaches applicable laws, including Pakistani law.

10.1 Operator Right to Suspend. The Operator may suspend, restrict or terminate a User's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or the User poses a regulatory risk.

10.2 User-Initiated Closure. Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Closure requests will be processed in accordance with the Operator's account closure procedures.

10.3 Balance on Closure. Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining verified balance (net of pending bonus requirements) will be returned to the User's verified payment method. Balances associated with active Bonuses that have not been rolled over will be forfeited.

10.4 Self-Exclusion. Users who self-exclude through the Responsible Gambling tools agree that their Account will be restricted from play for the duration of the exclusion period. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

13.1 Platform Availability. The Operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability.

13.2 Gambling Losses. The Operator is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform. All gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited.

13.3 No Legal or Financial Advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, investment or tax advice. The legal and regulatory status of online gambling in Pakistan is complex. Users must seek independent legal advice before participating.

13.4 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed. The Operator does not represent that these Terms or the Platform comply with Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan access the Platform at their own legal risk and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local, provincial and federal laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be referred first to the Operator's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority in the Operator's license jurisdiction.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date displayed on this page supersedes all prior versions.
